Health is very much important, especially nowadays. People may have a sedentary life. Working in in longer time in sitting positions, driving in a long hours without sweating activities. Now hear the word EXERCISE which is very much important to our sense of well being and at this time of ECONOMIC CRISIS , exercise is definitely essential.
As of now I am really indulge to exercise by playing badminton with my friends 2-3 times a week or sometimes we tend to walk, run or even have a good conversation with a laugh out loud laugh which could help to burn more calories and good for the heart. i believe that that these small activities could help to protect my health and gain the highest benefit. Furthermore, health is wealth in a sense not just more on physical, mental, emotional but most especially on spiritual aspects.
